OverSizeTMS ("we," "us," or "our") operates the OverSizeTMS software-as-a-service platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using OverSizeTMS, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information. This is necessary to create and manage your account.

Business data you enter. FreightCoreTMS stores the operational data you input — customers, carriers, drivers, loads, invoices, and documents. This data belongs to you. We process it solely to provide the service.

Usage data. We collect information about how you use the platform — pages visited, features used, and actions taken — to improve the product and diagnose problems.

Device and connection data. We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, and device information when you access the platform.

Communications. If you contact us by email or through our contact form, we retain that correspondence to respond to your inquiry.

We do not sell your personal information or your business data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

OverSizeTMS is a multi-tenant platform. Your company's data is logically isolated from all other customers using a unique tenant identifier. All database queries are scoped to your tenant — no other customer can access your loads, invoices, customers, or documents.

Our engineering controls enforce this isolation at the application layer on every request.

4. Data Sharing

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers. We use third-party vendors to operate the platform, including cloud hosting (DigitalOcean), email delivery (Resend), and payment processing. These providers access only the data necessary to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
QuickBooks integration. If you connect your QuickBooks account, customer and invoice data is shared with Intuit to perform the sync. You control when this connection is enabled or disabled.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FreightCoreTMS, our users, or the public.
Business transfers. If OverSizeTMS is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before that occurs.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation or export, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems.

6. Security

We protect your data using industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage of credentials, and access controls that limit which employees can access production systems.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and to notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.

7. Cookies

FreightCoreTMS uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from logging in.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
Request deletion of your personal information
Export your business data in a portable format
Opt out of non-essential communications

OverSizeTMS is a business platform not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
